92 bonds accord have to turn key off and on for fuel pump to work

No, a '97 Ford Explorer fuel pump is not compatible with a '92 Ford Explorer. The differences ranging from fuel pressure to incorrect intake size will damage the vehicle's fuel system and possibly the engine itself.------------------------------------------------------------------------------

92' Ford Explorer is running hot. Changed the thermostat, water-pump and flushed out cooling system. The coolant is boiling in the radiator, and overflowing out of the coolant reservoir.

sounds like a blockage like a dodgy thermostat, id test it by boiling a jug and throwing your new thermostat in the boiling water and see if it opens, other than that you've pretty much done it all so id be looking at a blown head gasket. good luck :)

I am sure the pressure test will show the location of the leaks, also no explorer does not have a rear heater core.
