WHY WATER LEAKS ON PASSENGER SIDE

Is there a sunroof? If there is the drains can become plugged on one side and overflow down the headliner onto the floor. There is also a drain for the A/C on the passenger side that may be plugged allowing water to overflow into the interior. The best way to find leaks is to run a hose on the car and have someone on the inside looking for the leak

Air Conditioning water leak inside

The drainage tube for the evaporator case is plugged causing the the condensation to drain inside instead of outside the car. The car will probably need to be lifted to find the drainage tube. Use a pick to gently remove the debris blocking the tube. You must be very careful as not to puncture the evaporator core.

Water drip inside car when its rains on a crown victoria ford ,on the floor board . had my ac fix two years ago cause hot air was blowing in cause the ac air was not coming in to good . something about...

Most likely the windshield is starting to leak -
Second choice is - there is a drain hose - it may be clocked up - please pull up the floor man - and look for a rubber hose that goes down through the floor board.
If that hose is clogged it will only be wet when you run the AC and you will notice not much water coming from under the car from the drain hose which exits under where the passengers feet are.

Best of it - hope this helps

Water leaks into the floor on the front passenger side under the floor mat. It is not antifreeze. Only when it rains hard. Seems like it is coming in from the front side, toward the door in the corner.

Based on what you are saying I would bet you have a body seam leaking. Remove as many things as you can to get a look at the rf corner inside the car. Close the doors and have someone spray the car down with a hose and see whats leaking if possible. If the hose dosen't produce any results try a high pressure car wash. One other thing you may want to check is the heater box drain tube(this should be a short rubber hose coming out the bottom of the heater box, its what leaves the puddle of water on the ground when your a/c is on) If this is restricted or plugged water will back up in your heater bax and drain onto your floor. This will mostly only happen when using the a/c. Good luck!

Water on passenger floorboard

Iside the car,in the middle of the console is a shallow tray. Its job is to catch the codensation that drips off the aircon.Same as you see hoses coming off home aircons.this is what is in the car. There is a hose, about as thick as a finger, that drains the codensation out through the firewall of the car and into the rear of the engine bay to the ground. There may be 2 hoses. One either side if its a split catchtray. The hose has either been knocked off or is blocked.Usually blocked. The tray itself gets dirt in it and this is where 'gunk' can buildup over the drain hole.Find the hose and shoot some compressed air up the hose or run some line trimmer cord up there.Hope this helps

Water on passenger floor...

Two things: If there is a stickiness or sweet smell to the water, your heater core may be leaking.
If this is just a summer thing, your a/c evaporator drain tube my be blocked/clogged or leaking inside the vehicle.

Water leaks on passenger floor when air is on

AC drain hose stopped up somewhere, probably under the vehicle. Sorry I don't know where it comes out of the firewall or fender.

Water leak on the passenger rug for 2003 Corolla

well if you have water or coolant leaking on to the rug in your car, first you must remember that every car has 2 radiators. One for the Engine which is in the front of your car under the hood and one for your heater, which is usually hidden deep behind the dash inside of your car. So if you are leaking fluids on to the rug in the car; Im 90% sure its going to be something dealing with the heater radiator. What you have to do is find out where your heater radiator is on your car and check all the hoses.
