You have obviously damaged neighboring wiring in the fuse panel. The reason the dash lights and radio is pulsing is because of feedback.

99 Chevy veture .Why the heater ,power windows and auto lights don't work at the same time some times

possibly a short in the system if they are intermittent check fuse to make certain the fuse is not ready to blow or simply replace if it resolves the problem assume fuse was ready to burn out or not seated properly.. if still a problem get a test light and check wiring harness for a short. some cars are known to have issues with shorts around the battery when a harnesses runs under the battery the battery tends to get acid leakage that will cause damage to the harness and cause them to short out.. hope this helps good luck

The fuse for my tail lights and dash lights in my 91 Chevy S10 Blazer constantly burns out. I put a new one in and it burns out within a couple of minutes on the road. What's up with this?

you most likely have a wire short or a wire cross. Look for any wires that may have the insulation open and lying on metal. check the battery compartment and the battery cables to make sure they have not been pinched against something sharp. look at any recent parts you have replaced to make sure you have not accidentally smashed (grounded) a wire against the frame. also make sure the fuse is the correct amperage, and make sure that some small amount of debris hasnt lodged itself into the fuse box where the fuse plugs in. (do not attempt to dig any debris out of the fusebox without first disconnecting the negative cable from the battery, then the positive cable.)

99 Chevy Blazer loosing power while driving

Check for power on the small wire on the alternator plug. If it has power than you might of just got a bad alternator.

Circuit box location on 99 chevy blazer lx

In the engine compartment on the driver side fender well, a black box which says relay and fuse center. There is also a small fuse box on the end of the driver side dashboard, you can see it when the driver door is open, there's a little cover to remove to get to them.

I have a 2001 chevy blazer that has a short that causes the battery to go dead within 8 hours of sitting. If I pull the 50 amp "RAP" fuse & the 15 amp Radio fuse it will not drain the battery. What do...

BATTERY VOLTAGE CAN DRAIN THROUGH STARTER RELAY OR BAD DIODE IN THE ALTERNATOR.I WOULD REPLACE THE STARTER RELAY.I AM LOOKING AT A ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM.YOU HAVE A 40 AMP IGNITION FUSE THAT FEED THE STARTER RELAY.IF STARTER RELAY HAS A SHORT IN IT.IT COULD DRAIN THE BATTERY.
