Need to find cigarette lighter fuse location

Hello Dona109. According to the owners manual I have for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it is the Slot 26 fuse in the fuse panel. The fuse panel is on the lower instrument panel just to the left of the steering column.
Here is a quick pic I took, and illustrated so you can see which one needs to be replaced:

Good luck. If you ever have a need for more information about this or any other Jeep vehicle, please let me know. I literally have the 99 Grand Cherokee manual on my lap as I type this. I am very happy to help fellow Jeepers!

Right rear light is out

If you have an owners manual, there should be a discussion of fuses in the electrical section. Most fuse boxes also ID the circuit and its fuse value inside or outside the cover. Another way to find the blown fuse is manually. Pull out the fuses one by one and look at it. If it is whole, it is good. If the connection is burned, replace it with a like fuse. Replacement fuses available at fine auto parts stores everywhere.

Remember to put the fuse back into the same socket as you pulled it out of. Most cars have extra sockets so put it in the correct socket.

Also ... you did check the lamp itself, right?
