Restricted injector? the input screens plug on these seeing how they have no fuel return line, the debris builds up in the end of the fuel rail towards the radiator, my 95 3.9 does this every few years. and a bad or weak crank sensor too. how many miles? burnt exhaust valve or O2 sensor stuck lean? any codes? if its load sensitive than can also be a vacume leak or a bad map sensor, which reads load from engine vacume... let me know, i know the operating system like he back of my hand and ill try to help further

2000 Dodge Dakota vibration while driving

sound like the u-joints in the driveshaft. Lay under the truck and where the u-joints are try moving the driveshaft up and down. If it moves then the u-joints are bed. This will cause a tremendous vibration under a load and the faster it spins it will smooth out.

RPM near 3000 on my 1999 Lexus RX300

What is your speed at 3k rpm? What rpm would you estimate was previously 'normal' for highway cruising? If your Lexus is auto trans, it could be two things, it's either not shifting into the highest gear, or it's possibly slipping in gear (although I would think that would cause the rpms to fluctuate, not stay at a steady 3k). If it's a stick shift, again, it could be clutch slippage, but my choice from your description would be not shifting into the highest gear. Bring it up to highway speed slowly, counting how many shifts it makes, I.m guessing it's a 5 speed auto, but I'm not sure about that.

Transmission won't shift into 3rd

the trans has a serious failure, that is why the metal, it can be overhauled for less than a replacement

1997 dodge dakota signal/hazard problem

This vehicle has what is known as a flasher unit, it is a relay assembly under the dash. This is the relay that clicks when your signals are on. it may need to be replaced. Another possible trouble spot could be the wiring in the steering column. Are there any other issues with horn, cruise etc.
Check the flasher first and get back to me.
