No power to wipers on 1994 cadillac devill. checked all fuses and relays that i could find and still no power.

I'm not 100% how you're wipers are ran but, Cut you're wires OR "Slice Them" runing to the wipers and check the wires for power with a volt meter. :P While the car is on and try to operate them, Check what volts they are though.. I'm Not sure if it's ohms, dcv, Acv.... You know. :)

Installed new motor still don't work where are the relay


Sorry to inform you, there is no relay, if there were, it would be located in the fusebox under the hood. It is your switch located on your column. You can hotwire it by finding a red wire on the connector and hooking to + 12 on battery.

No power to the wiper motor. fuses checked out ok.


check the main wiring to the wiper motor. a fusable link is embedded in the wiper wiring. if burnt out no power will be applied to the fuse or switch

1996 cadillac sedan deville blinker stoped blinking


I assume all lamps are tested to be ok.
1) Check fuse A11 in trunk (10A) is ok,
2) Check turn flash enable relay 'F' in trunk is operated when vehicle Ign on,
3) Check +12V is present on Lt Blu wire on turn flasher module (LHS steering column) when Ign on,
4) if no fault found during above checks, operation of the turn switch should be checked
