If you have traced power all the way to blower motor and it is not working the blower motor has probably gone bad.

Where is the power going and the ground coming back?

As you can see, the blower resister and hvac control module are on the ground side of blower motor. In my diagram, the orange wire is ground. Hope this helps.
Yes, if use jumper wire from orange wire to ground, the blower will run, probably only hi speed.

Impala blower fuse

Hi Victor, I'm glad to help!
First Victor, let's make sure its not the blower motor. Run power and ground from the battery to the blower motor and see if it works, if it doesn't replace the motor. If it does work. NOTE: Most vehicles, when the blower motor quits works its because the blower resister is bad. The fuse that powers the motor is usually a 30 amp fuse, on some vehicles its under the hood on others its in the fuse box inside the vehicle. Before going through all this first check power and ground at the blower motor connector to see if your loosing POWER or GROUND. Because you need to know which one your loosing. BUT, if I were working on it and knowing what I know about blower motors not working I'd replace the BLOWER RESISTER first. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Vivtor.

My air, heater, and defroster works sometimes and not others. Why?

Are you saying that there is no air blowing at times? You probably either have a blower motor with worn-out brushes (in which case, you need to replace your blower motor) or ypu have a loose connection in one of your blower motor control connections. When the blower is not working, check for power at the blower motor electrical connector under the right side of the dash. If there is power present when the blower is not working, then replace the blower motor. If there is no power, then you will have to troubleshoot your blower electrical circuits to find out what is causing the loss of power

2001 dodge caravan Ac comes on but will not blow ay any speed . I replaced blower motor resistor.

try tapping the bottom of the blower motor with the blower motor speed selector turned to high and the key on. If the blower motor starts working replace it.

Another thing you can try is unplugging the blower motor and supplying your own power and ground wires to the blower motor. It doesn't matter what pin on the blower motor you supply power or ground. It will work either way. If it doesn't than replace the blower motor. If it does you might have a bad control head.

You could also have a bad blower motor relay or blower motor fuse located in the underhood fuse block. There should be power at the dark blue wire at the blower motor with the key on and the fan speed set to any position.

here's a how to article I did on blower motor operation.

The a/c blower motor is not working

the blower motor or the blower speed control module is bad. turn the a/c on and rap on the blower motor a few times, if it doesnt work check for power at the blower motor, if it has power the motor most likely bad, if NO POWER then the module is bad.

Replaced the fan resistor on 2000 chevy malibu this summer. Worked fine but recently the blower won't work on any speed.

this could be a bad blower or the switch to blower, check at blower fan for power if no power it is most likely the switch.if there is power on all speeds then the blower is bad. check all fuses to verify.

The blower motor doesn't work

Its possible that your blower motor is bad. one way to test it is to use a test light and check your power wire going to the blower, if it shows there is power going directly to the blower, then most likely, the blower is bad, but check your ground just to be sure. If there is no power going to your blower, then check your resistor. If theres no power going to the resistor, then check the plug going to the resistor and continuiously work your way to the switches, but always starting at the blower, or accessorie that isnt working, and making your way through the system until you get to the source of the electrical current.
Hope this helps.

Blower motor doesn't work and has no power to it

Check the blower multispeed control resistor pack is not faulty.
The resistor pack is usually located in the air ducting, in the blower fan airflow.
Basically, +12v power is supplied (via fuse) to the fan speed control switch, which then passes via the selected speed control resistor, to the fan motor. Often a interface relay is used to switch the blower motor high current.
