Strating problem in citreon

Hi, there is non strating problem in citreon dispatch after change the clutch.
Actually what happen the mechanic change the clutch and after finishing his job he just want to put the earth lead back in, all of a sudden he saw a spark while he put the eath lead on the the gear box.
now the car fuel lift pump is not working,the engine is turring over but car doesnot start.
I checked with diagnostic machine ony one fault code was;
Cam/Crank Shaft sensor syncronization.(Temporary fault)
i check all the fuses i chaged the fuel lift pump Relay is still the same.then i thought it might need Immobizer programming i done that as well but in vain.
Now the only thing which i can be doubt is the ECU(Engine Control Unit) of the car.
can someone help me in this matter.
