Vibration in reverse gear 91 accord

Check engine mounts first.

If it is a vibration consistent with engine speed, it could be a worn pilot bearing, loose transaxle, or loose/broken aft engine mount. Do you hear an occaisional thump when slowing down? or upper center mount.

If it seems to be consistent with wheel speed, it may be worn inner CV joints. Any boots torn? It might also be dragging a rear brake shoe from the parking brake. Locate the cable where it enters the back side of the rear hub/backing plate on each side and move the cable around as much as you can to get it to flex and hopefully clear the debris or rust that may be in there keeping the cable from retracting adequately. If the rear wheels have not been off for a while it would not hurt to do a simple brake inspection on both rear wheels, some hardware may have fialed too.

If it is somewhere in between those speeds, it may be internal to the transaxle. If you have no other incidence of noise or vibration, and everything above checks out, it should be okay until another symptom appears.

I have a 91 Honda Accord EX the drivers side window will not go up or down all the other windows are working

Check the fuses, if they are all good then change the window motor on that one door!

My drivers side window is down and it won't roll back up

Assuming power windows
Do you hear the motor running? - If not bad fuse, motor, electrical connection
If you hear the motor - Can you move the window my hand? Could be a bad window regulator (a cable and pulley that raises/lower the window - when driven by the motor).

have the window regulator checked. If you are hearing clicking from both sides, your regulators are worn/damaged. Hopefully this helps

2000 Acura TL- Window won't go down in rear seat on driver side

It sounds like the cable has pulled off a pulley. You probably need a regulator, if you hear something every time you push it, then the motor may be fine. Take the interior panel off, make sure to look for hidden screws :>) and check regulator. You can do it if you take your time :>)

The right rear electric window won't roll up all

the window regulator is going bad,it has a up cable and a down cable so I would replace it before it wont go up at all, they are pretty inexpensive around $70.00 at a decent parts house, its a pretty simple job, remove the door panel, locate window to regulator bolts.remove them, take glass out thru top, locate 3 bolts that hold motor assy. remove them take bolts holding regulator in place remove them, take motor and regulator out thru holes in door.you can do it! have a good day DB
