Tom, not sure on your particular model, but on most cars the e-brake light on the dash is turned on and off buy a switch in the bottom of the grove for lack of better term, were the e-brake lever sits. It is shut off when the lever is pushed back down. If you havent used it latley, some one may have pulled it up just enough to be almost completly off, but not quite. First try pushing it down all the way. If this dosn't stop it, you may have to pull lever all the way up to see if the switch is loose or other trouble with it.Worse comes to worse unplug it, but rember that you can end up driving around with the e-brake set and burn up your rear brakes.

Brakes grab and anti skid light comes on during acceleration

Check your rear Emergency brake shoes inside the rear rotors. When the brake lining falls off of the metal backing, the linings get ground up inside the rear rotors. The pulverized lining coats the ABS count sensors and the vehicle thinks both rear wheels are turning at different speeds.

That is when automatic anti skid kicks in. The brakes try to stop the spin of the fastest wheel and intermittently applies the brakes.

Remember there are 2 sets of brakes on each rear wheel. The calipers are visible but the drums are concealed as part of the rotor housing.

There could be a hundred causes for a check engine light. First step is to hook up a computer scan tool and see what codes the computer has. The next step depends on the codes.

When braking, green turn signal lights up and right rear brake light does not come on. (have replaced brake light)

Do you have a trailer harness? If so, your harness has a short in it.
Remove it and throw it away; cheaper to replace it than to repair it.

If not, you have a short in the socket at the brake lamp

99 Sienna pwr door lock failure

Sounds electrical/relay to me if you cannot lock by pressing the lock button on the door itself. Driver and passenger acting the same AND the remote all the same result point to only one culprit.
Let me know how it goes and best of luck!

99 sienna pwr door locks not locking

Well, I went to the dealer and was told that Integration relay does run both the remote locking, physical pressing the actual lock/unlock button on the armrest and dome light and door chime. I had NONE of these functioning, despite checking/replacing fuses, trying to reprogram the key, etc.
I do not have the picture of the relay with me right now.
Please explain the problem in little bit more detail and what did you already do try to fix it and I will see what I can do.
