You cold have a bad injector, the best thing to do is to swap out the injector with another injector like #2 injector and see if cylinder #2 get's no fuel. If there is no fuel in to #2 then you need to replace the injector, if #3 still has no fuel then it's going to be the wire harness to the #3 injector that is bad. If there is an Auto Zone you can loan out a fuel injector node that will indicate if there is power to the injector harness which would indicate a bad fuel injector so you don't have to swap out the injectors twice. Good luck and hope this helps you get your car running 100% soon.

I have been told cyclinders 4,5,6 is losing 15% combustion, does anyone know what this could be?

Code 316 is for a random miss at startup. Code 304 is for a miss or power loss on cylinder 4 and 305 is the same thing for cylinder 5. Code 171 is saying the fuel mixture for bank one is too lean.
These issues could be from a weak fuel pump or other fuel related problem.
While compression levels between cylinders could also cause the 300 codes, that would not cause the 171 code. And there should have been a code 306 if all three cylinders having lower compression was the sole issue.
I would check the fuel pressure and look for vac leaks, along with checking the spark plugs and ignition system.

Key is in ignition and will not turnn1@

What is probably happening the cyclinder code is sticking not allowing the cyclinder to turn in the case. Dirt, dust and fine metal shavings from the key are the cause. Use some WD40 and flush out the cyclinder, have a rag handy, lube the key as well, work the key in and out, and shake the key up and down real fast. Keep lubing might take 10 min, it should release the code, Kirk fe6fc

Cyclinder 3 misfire

Check to make sure you have spark going to plug. Second I would go with this as a possible.Check fuel injectors. If you are getting spark, then you have a fuel issue....the injector is not working properly.

Cyclinder 3 no fuel ,bad misfire

Check the wiring at the injector - then check the continuity across the injector coil. Give the whole area a good visible scrutiny. Otherwise, you need a new injector - and that's rare.
