Has the fuse blown again?
Probably the motor, junkyard time.

Unplug the wires from the wiper motor. Using a test light check for power at the connector on the end of the wires. Ground the light lead and, with the switch in thr ON position see if one or more of the connections make the light illuminate. If one or more does, it's the motor, if there isn't any power at the connector, it's the switch.

Disconnect the wiring plug from the wiper motor and check with a test light, switch ON.
If 1 or more leads have power it's the motor, no power, bad switch or busted wire.

Not too hard to swap out. Unclip the arms to the wipers, unplug the wires, a few bolts.
    Have fun!

That'll do it every time. Congratulations, just in time for winter.

I have a 1992 dodge spirit that the wipers quit working. The fuse was blown and every time I change fuse it blows when I turn on the ignition.

Try unplugging the wiper motor and see if it blows the fuse. If it doesn't, then your motor has an internal short and needs to be replaced.

Wipers just suddenly stopped working

Hello there:
i would suggest first checking to see if the wiper motor fuse has blown and if it has replace it but if it isstill good than i would have the wiper motor checked to see if there is power going to themotor if not you have a wire that is either shorted or broken
Ok ?
I hope that this has been very helpful for you.
Best regards Michael

Wipers not working, will not come out of 4x4 dodge dekota 2001

I knew that when mine did this it had too be more than a coincidence. So I started at the fuse panel and BINGO! the 20 amp fuse for the wipers (#5 on the 2001) was blown. When I replaced it everything went back to normal. Wish ALL repairs were that simple and cheap!
