There is several different things that can leak coolant, I am not willing to make any guesses with the information you have provided. Please provide more information such as location, you can say things like "its coming from the front of the car under the headlights" or "it's dripping underneath the belts." The proper way to do this is to have a technician properly pressure test the system to find the leak.

Park yuour vehicle in a dry place like a garage or overhang area that you can see very well in or bring a light to it, after you park immediately open the hood and start to look from underneath the car for the drips and follow them back to where the leak is if you cant still find it try and inspect the hoses and lines following them from the radiaotr to thier connections

Draining coolant is very very easy...........first you're going to want to let the car cool down for a few hours......you are going to need a plastic drain pan, pliers, flat head screw driver, probably some rags also.....and obviously coolant. First take off the coolant resevoir cap....There are two bolts that your going to want to loosen ......one bolt is on the bottom end of the block and the other is on the bottom passenger side of the radiator. For the bolt on the radiator you way need pliers to loosen the wing nut...when you remove this it is going to come out pretty fast...slide the drain pan underneath the radiator and block and wait till it is done draining. Then put the bolt back on the block......get a garden hose and let it run water through your radiator until the water coming out of the bottom is clear.... after that put the bolt back in on the radiator and fill the system up with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water..... if this is still confusing go to your local auto parts store......and purchase a haynes manual...it will walk you through step by step..........since the coolant is milky i would be led to believe that the coolant wasnt changed after replacing the head gasket......or the head gasket wasnt really changed......a good way to tell is if you notice white smoke even after the engine is hot coming from the exhaust......as far as the light it could be that you are low on coolant and i have seen that sensors also went bad......but definately change the coolant.....also check your oil to make sure there is no coolant in the oil ......hope this helps

this sounds like you may need to replace your oil cooler and to empty your water tank just take the outlet pipe off and flush it out with a hose pipe and on the radiator there should be a bolt at the bottom to drain it I would drain it all and refill it and see if it does it again if so it could be your oil cooler if this car has one if it doesn't then it could also be a crack in your head.
