The bearing in pressed onto the hub. Remove the wheel, remove the cotter pin and the great big nut on the axle stub. The whole shebang, bearing and hub, should slide off with a little gentle persuasion.
Take the assembly and the new bearing to somebody with a press and have them r&r the bearing.
Put it back together, have a cold one.

You will need to remove the front spindle to gain access to the bearings. You also will need an alignment when finished replacing the front bearings. The rear bearings are a hub and bearing unit.

Replacing front wheel bearings

It isn't a particularly hard job but there are a few techniques that you need to know.
I wouldn't recommend you do it yourself but I would recommend you do it under supervision of someone who knows their stuff.
Retensioning the bearings correctly is extremely important.
