MY suburban AC wont put out cold air. I check the presure with a gauge and it at 100 psi which is too high. I recently had to install a new Ac control unit from my dash board bcuz the other one wouldnt work. I am not sure what to do next.

is that a low side psi reading with the compressor running (clutch engaged) and if so can you give me a low side reading also what year is the vehical and is it r-12 or r-134 system
