Silverado (99) 350 Cranks runs one second, cuts off,will do it every time you turn the key. I replaced the Fuel filter, no luck. I hear the fuel pump prim up. I bled the line.

here are a few problems on start then dieout!!loose wiring in ignition system, intake manifold vacuum leak,faulty emissions.
