2004 Chevrolet Malibu, V6, The spring on the gear shift cracked

I own a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu, V6, Automatic.
The spring on the gear shift cracked, therefore the car would not go into park. The problem is that when I shift to P, it'll not light up and leaves the car in "Neutral", so I have to use the emergency brake to keep the car still.

The gear shift works with difficulty between N and R, but fine for D and L.

This problem only shows up after a while the car is ignite, when it's cold, there's no problem.

How can I solve it?
