What about distributor cap and rotor? Does the rotor turn when you crank it? Did you check for spark at spark plugs? I don't know liter size of engine?

92 Dodge Caravan is completely dead but the battery has a full charge. My son installed a new radio without any amps. Seemed to work fine for a week or so but now the car has no power, wont start, nothing...

You'll need to use a meter or test light to find out how far power is going from the battery. Could be a fuseable link or a bad connection including the ground from the battery.
You'll need to know if any of the fuses have power and if you have power at the starter post.

Sound like your fuel pump quit working. That is what makes the buzzing sound from the back. Sometime if you have someone that can help you you can bang on the gas tank while turning it over to get it started to get it home.

Heeeelp! turns over but wont start. changed gas filter, cap, rotor.

Are you sure it is getting spark to the plugs? Did you check fuel pressure? It still may be getting some fuel but not enough. Is it fuel injected or car berated?
