Easiest is to replace it. You will find them at any salvage yard, and the cost is minimal compared to the possibility of injury in a collision. Many ford vehicle use the exact same seat belts, and you will be able to find one in your color at any salvage yard.
seems like the connection is disconnected on the buttom of the seat that goes to the seatbelt click, make sure its connected.if that is connected then change the thing that the seatbelt goes in on the seat that clicks in cause could be jamed common problem and wont let the light or noise go of .if my info was of any help to you please leave a comment ,thankyou.

On the really bad side, the seat belt pretensioner could have failed or fired and locked the belt in place. If that's the case, I'd have a mechanic replace it since you can trigger an air bag deployment replacing it yourself.
I need to replace the rear passenger-side seat belt buckle clasp but the clasp (under back seat) is connected to the seatbelt for middle backseat passenger. Can I replace just the passenger side without disturbing the middle belt?, cheers,Jen.
