Won't turn over - rapid clicks - panel lights flicker

jump start the vehicle and check the charging system, could be your battery is sulfated, or it could be a bad starting system odd chance it could be the starter. if you have a digital multimeter handy, get a jump and check for the voltage at the battery terminals with the engine runing, anything less then 13.8 and its not charging, optimal is 14.2v dc.

Check the battery condition - it may be flat,
check battery terminal posts are clean and connection cables are not loose or corroded.
