I haad a similar problem with my 530. I found the Bonnet Sensor switch was faulty. If you remove this switch, the problem goes away, although not protected for someone lifting your bonnet. Of course, buying a new bonnet switch would solve that one. There could be other reasons, for your alarm going off, but this one seemed to be the most common when I searched around. Worth removing the switch for a few days and that should prove if this is it or not.

You're right. I had taken the car to Dinan and that was the basis for the fault. They disconnected as I don't think it was worth replacing.

is the alarm after market or stock? stock will be with the key, aftermarket will be another remote. stock shouldn't be that sensitive I would have alarm module check, the alarm unit is incorporated with door control module. if its aftermarket I would have it disconnected and replace if it kill your battery.
