It appears to be an Intermittent fault to a Fuel Injector. On the other if you cannot see the Engine Tad plate, contact your nearest Dealer. Give them the Chassis VIN #, and the Data Base will recognise the Engine #.

Accelleration skipping

maybe a map sensor, the large sensor inline with the air tube just aft of the airbox. it could also be a MAP sensor or manifold air pressure sensor. both are respnsible for correlating with the engine computer to control fuel.

Why won't my truck go accellerate over 60 mph

you must make a TUNE UP +and RUn the scanner/computer . you can have some part faulty like: ignition coil+pcm+bcm+sparkplug+wires for sparkplug+sensor(s),etc see the diagram attached. The electronic vehicle right now is very complicated.

Engine stalls at 30mph upon hitting accellerator, then coasts to a stop. then won't restart. starter works, engine turns over, but won't fire up. next morning car starts fine. next week...

you may have to check the fuel pump function for pressure and volume when this happens as it could be a bad pump, you could have it checked when working as it could show up something but more likely should be done when it stops running.

Engine suddenly lost power and started skipping.

this model vehicle was famous for splitting the air intake hose.this would cause the mass air flow sensor door to close when accellerating. If engine idles fine and only stumbles when stepping on the gas. check the air intake hose for any cracks.

Shift problems with 94 eldorado touring coupe

I'd check & lube all kickdown cables in the area of the throttle body, as well as follow any to transmission and lubricate well there too. It almost sounds like something may be seized and holding into lower gear.
