97 Dodge Neon, Dash guages not working? The warning lamps on the dash work just fine, but the speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge and temp guage are not working. Checked fuses, all good.

sounds like ground wire is loose. most ground wires for guages are found under dash usualy black in color and are attatched at various points under the dash to the the dash support frame.
check for car battery level and also check the guage lights
PS WARNING CAR BATTERY CAN SHOCK YOU UP AND IS A SERIOUS HAZARD WORK TAKING PROPER PRECAUTIONS
some of these have had problems with the dash assembly causing alot of problems with gauges and lights and speedometers.if there are no codes in the computer and weren`t any before you replaced the vss sensors then you spent money you didn`t need to.
check the ground cable that bolts to the starter.if you have to,add another ground cable to the engine.it's not a power problem or it would not the light in the dash would not come on.

I spent more time on removing/replacing my cluster than the actual repair. I did note this question was asked 5 years ago, but for anyone else looking for a solution to this I hope this helps. It sure did for me!
