P0121 Is a throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "A" circuit range/performance problem. P2544 torque management request input signal "A". U0101 lost communication with transmission control module. I hope these definitions help.

U0101-no communication with transmission control module

Devon, are you pulling the code with a VAGCOM or a generic code reader? If a battery disconnect and reset doesn't help it is likely a bad connector, wiring problem, or a computer issue. A vagcom unit will be useful in establishing comms with the TCM.

Check engine light is on sametimes and I check out and I have a code P0121 also I still under garanty but I dont not if i can be coverage in this matter

A code starting with P is powertrain related so most likely you can get warranty repair.I would call the dealer first and talk about options with them to determine warranty guidelines first.
Good luck!Greg
