Your blower resister has gone bad .The resister is located under the passenger side of the dash and is not expensive:)
While the blower register may be fried as 66chrgr pointed out, I had a similar issue after having repairs done to my alarm/remote start wiring on my beloved 05 Mustang & matter of fact is, if you had a repair done on anything under the dashboard recently, it may be just a loose connection to your fan & can be fixed in no time, often for free (especially when it was done by the mechanic) & you'll be back to having variable fan speed again. Otherwise, it looks as if you'll have to shell out some (& time if you do it yourself) to replace the register. Think back to any repairs you'd had done & if they had to remove the dash or what I call the "face plate" to get at some wiring or what have you, you may just have a loose connection. Good luck.

Might be the Resistor pack located close to the blower. It has a flat connector with 4 or 5 wires, and two small screws holding in the duct. It may be a crispy critter. It happens... The blower moves air across it to keep it cool. The blower motor may be bad as well, or possibly the fan speed switch. May very well be the fuse for the blower as well. The blower connector may be loose. Let me know what you find.
