Only a few ways that can happen...head gasket or crack somewhere that is permitting intermix. If you drive it as is, you will destroy the bearings. External pressure test, leakdown test and plug inspection can help point to where the leak may be but in the end it will have to be taken apart and inspected to find and repair the problem.

if you have water in the oil you have probably blown a head gasket
