Rear windshield wiper broken 2007 Chevy Tahoe.

Broken at the car wash. Removed the nut off the mount (to the wiper motor). Can't get the mount piece off the wiper off bolt. Is it one piece? Do I have to replace the entire assembly?

Once you get the nut off of the shaft use a pair of plyers or channel locks and wiggle the base back and forth it iwll come off and then you can replace the wiper assembly without taking anything else off.

2005 Tahoe rear windshield wiper inoperative in dash panel position 1or2

Rear Wiper/Washer System Components
The rear wiper/washer system consists of the following components:
• Rear wiper/washer switch
• Window wiper module-rear
• Window washer pump-rear
• RR WIPER 15A fuse
• RR WPRB 25A fuse
Rear Wiper/Washer System Operation
The rear wiper module controls rear wiper motor operation. Battery voltage supplied to the module is used to operate the wiper motor in all modes and to return the rear wiper arm to the park position after the ignition is turned off. Accessory voltage supplied to the rear wiper/washer switch is used to supply the rear window wiper and washer switch signal circuits. In wiper switch positions 1 and 2 the wiper switch signal circuit voltage level to the wiper motor module determines the wiper motor delay interval. The rear window washer pump supply voltage circuit is used to provide the operating voltage for the rear washer pump for as long as the rear washer switch is pressed. The rear window washer switch signal circuit is used as a wash signal to the rear wiper motor module to operate the wipers during the rear wash operation.

I have a 2002 chevy venture and the front wipers quit working and i still hear the motor running.Stuck need help to solve this problem???

If the motor is working, the linkage between the motor and the wipers has broken. I don't have a Venture, but usually there is a plastic panel below the windshield, where the wiper arms are mounted. You remove the wiper arms, then remove the plastic panel (might be screws or it might just snap out) to get at the linkage and motor. Dealer or auto parts store should be able to order new linkage arms for you.

My rear windshield wiper stopped working on my 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe. I can hear the motor working but when we replace the motor it still wont work.

My 2005 tahoe did the same thing. I also bought a new motor, which did not fix. I discovered there was a bad ground. Instead of searching for bad ground, just install a short length of stranded wire with crimp terminals between a wiper motor mounting bolt and a rear glass latch assy mounting bolt to restore good grounding to the wiper motor.

Broken rear windshield wiper

advance auto stores replace wiper blades for free if you buy it from them.If the wiper arm needs to be replaced it has a nut at the bottom of it under a plastic cover. It bolts onto a shaft with splines on it so after replacing it turn it on and check it.You may have to loosen the nut and move to adjust it to get it in the correct position.
