If its the type where the bearing is pressed on the axle itsself then it must be cut in one spot to relieve the pressure and then drive it off. if its the type with no inner race that presses into the axle tube, then go to parts store and rent a slide hammer with the puller to go w it looks like a T and u back hammer it out, pretty simple either way. let us know if you need more help
If the bearing is on the axle shaft (not inside the housing end) it needs to be pressed on and off with a press made for that. Any machine shop with a press can help you. If you are far away from any such shop, you can get a complete axle & bearing from most scrapyards.

you need a hydraulic press, the easiest thing to do is have a machione shop do it, is this what you are asking??
