there is a switch under the dash that turns on and off the break lights. it is connected to the pedle and a stationary spot under the driverside dash.try pulling up on the pedle to turn the switch off. if this does not work take it to a mechanic to replace the switch. they are not to expensive under $20.00 through napa.
