i have a 1995 truck that will not cut off with key. you have to remove a fuse or unhook the battery to shut engine off. if fuse is left in it will kill the battery also.

Your ignition switch is bad, you will have to replace it... You could find the 2 wires for the ignition circuit on the column and wire in a toggle switch or something, the ignition leads will be the smaller wires...
