No lights on speedometer no alarm buzzer for lights

Some time ago the lights that illuminate the dash display and the buzzer that goes off (when you turn the engine off with the lights still on) both stopped working.
I am pressuming its a blown fuse as i cannot see three bulbs and a buzzer failing all at the same time.
Have checked the fuse box under the bonnett but cannot find a fuse that supplies these items.
Have been told that there is a second fuse box inside the car but cannot find it.
