My car is lumina LS 2004. The problems are
1-the RPM moving up/down very little (not stable 100% )while the car in parking pos.
2-There is a light vibration in the motor which is noticed in parking possition.
3-The car torque & acceleration is not stable , some times very high & some times very low.
the mech. told me that,we just need to redownload the program again to the comp.

try disconnecting the battery for 1 minute at the negative post to reset the on board computer id have to hear in further detail is it surging maby fuel filter
