I lost the alarm key my car a wile back and this morning i had some trouble with the battery, and now the alarm is on!! I can't turn it off with out the key right now, i'd like to know the alternative method. thanks! -Phil

The alarm sensed that the battery is low and turned on .thats how they operate it thinks its being stolen,try to take the connection off the battery wait for a minute and connect.if not look for a small toggle switch or black push button which is your valet switch.with key on either flick the toggle switch or hold the button in until the alarm goes off.then it will be in valet mode.car should start

Turn off factory alarm
Not sure on this one, unless the switch is not connected to the drivers door handle. On a Dodge you disable the alarm by unlocking the drivers door with the key.

it sounds to me like you have a short or something in your car is using power. You might want to try to pull the fuse for the alarm and leave it out over night, then try the car in the morning and see if it starts. If it does then the problem is in the alarm. My car did that a couple of times and my alarm was the trouble and to replace it. Hope that helps.

Disconnect negative terminal on the Battery, with Key on ignition ON engine not running and radio ON, after two minutes or more connect it back, do not panic if sparks come wile connecting it back, make sure is clean and ***, go to Your ignition key and turn it of, then start the car and see if problem remains, you have a bad sensor or a an ABS problem

Alarm trouble
There is no switch to turn it off. when the alarm is in alarm mode you have to lock all doors, then use key to unlock drivers door or rear hatch. This will turn alarm off
