Check the computer error codes. Then check the charging system and battery. It could be a bad alternator and dead battery. If the charging system checks out and you have no spark, it could be a bad distributor cap and rotor, coil or ignition module. If the car was overheating, or had low oil level or low oil pressure and you kept driving it, the engine might be seized.
