where is the fuel system relay located at?I have replaced the distributer 2 times and also the... 1992 Acura Integra. fuel pump???? The car does not start unless I ...
Most likely a problem with the battery or the alternator. There may also be an issue with the starting block. Difficult to say without actually testing the unit. Also, make sure that there is enough fuel in the tank. I know that sounds obvious, but is often overlooked..
I think it would be best to have a mechanic take a look so he can conduct tests and offer a diagnosis..
might be a timing issue. check if your spark plug wires are seated correctly also you might have a dirty fuel injectors. a good cleaning might help as long as they are not leaking.
has the timing belt been verified OK. that would be the first thing to check. the oil would not make a difference, was the oil level really 1 qt over full, and did they charge you for 5 qts? if so I would want to talk to the service manger. the dealer, of all places ,should know how much oil their cars hold!. A lot of places charge for a flat fee for oil changes but will only fill it to the full mark. ( they arent ripping you off, just trying to make it easy so all oil changes are the same price)
You should be able to hear the fuel pump running after cranking it enough to build up some oil pressure. If the pump does run......try adding some fuel.
Hi,
most likely cause is a faulty crank sensor if fitted to the engine block or in the distributor depending on which engine, worth plugging in to code reader to be 100%.
