turn on park lights and signal on right side and take a good look at the front and rear light , see if one is dimmer than the other this may be due to a bad ground and when the park lights are on and drawing more power it also needs better ground, check the sockets front and rear try wiggling the bulb to see which one is causing the problem
so you mean the signal works at the very front or the side light bulb(on the side of the lens assembly) that is not working.the side light is fed power using the same wire that feeds the front marker light.if you mean the light within the signal bulb is not working then the bulb could be burnt as the park light has its own wiring separate circuit and filament within the same bulb.
