I need to replace, a ects in my 2003 KIA sedona where is that piece located

Sarah, The Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on your Kia is located below rad hose driver side by exhaust manifold. May be a good time to flush coolant system when changing sensor.

Has a timing belt, Kia recommends replacement every 60,000 miles, also this engine in an interference engine, which valve to piston damage most likely will occur in the event of timing belt failure.

I have a 2002 kia sedona that wont go over 3000 revs i changed the gear box put a new clutch in checked the turbo and the exhaust and both ok any one any idea wot the problem is pat...

For Kia Sedona 3.5 L V6.
Mitchell ondemand . Give 10.6 Hours labor to Remove and Install Head,
Replace the Valves and Seals. Are aditional time.

You have to remove plastic cover over radiator support then the radiator support then remove both cooling fans disconnect battery remove alternatoor belt remove bracket from alternator to motor mount 2 12mm bolts then the alternator bolts the lower one is hard to get in and out but with patience it can be done then undo wiring to alternator pull alternator back and slide along front of engine it pulls out closer to the driver side before reinstalling grind the head down some on the lower bolt leave some there to get a wrench on and go in reverse
