you need to turn the key to the on position for 10 minutes then off for 10 minutes and then on for 10 minutes (a total of 3 times) the will reprogram your key it should start after this
You have a relay sticking under the dash. If you do it yourself, go under there and start pulling relays until you find the one that makes the lights go out and that is probably the one that makes it start too.
sounds like a dead battery to start with. Not even enough juice in the battery to energize the solenoid / brake interlock to get it out of PARK. Hope this helps
either starter motor wire to solonoid has come loose or the ignition switch contacts have fallen apart,turn headlights on and see if dash still lights up could be a flat battery.??
