maybe the ECU blocks the engine, becase of some kind of fault...
Try to read faults from ECU via some kind of reader... Can buy one on EBAY for few bugs, 10 maybe
Certainly sounds like a fan problem. I would check all your fuses, relays. Possible ECT (electronic coolant temp sensor) or even fan motor itself. Hope this helps,TJ
The running lights on your vehicle are not controlled by the ignition switch. You must turn off the headlamp switch to get them to turn off. If you cannot turn them off with the headlamp switch, then you most likely have a defective headlamp switch.
sounds as though you need to replace the clockspring. This repair should be performed by a competent shop. There is the risk of the airbag deploying when attempting this repair.
check airflo sensor or potentometer,throttle pos sensor; if revs are to low when turning the wheel the power steering pump will draw power from engine, causing your other problems
