1996 Chev. S-10. A/C used to work. Blower motor would only work on the HIGH switch. Now the blower still works, but the A/C won't blow cold air. The compressor engages and there's p[lenty of freon. Has anyone had this problem before? How is this problem fixed?

May be plugged condensor or collapsed hose, purge and recharge the system.The compressor engages, but does it turn?
