Have a misfire in cylinder 6 changed all coil packs all spark plugs stills says cylinder 6 misfire

A misfire could be caused by almost anything, spark--fuel--compression. Did you check for spark at number 6? All electrical components have voltage and ground, if problem on wiring circuit, replacing the component won't fix it.
Also, check for fuel injector pulse--proper fuel pressure and cylinder compression.
I don't know year--make--model, it didn't post for some reason?

Doesn't seem to be getting fuel. checked release valve by filter and there is fuel pressure but no fuel pressure on the valve up top.Tested and it said cam sensor, replaced and still nothing.

Possibly the crank sensor it tells the injectors and coils when to fire. Relieve fuel pressure then re pressurize the system if it gets pressure the fuel pump is good at least

No fuel injection spray on a 94 s 10

I would first do a fuel pressure test first to determine if the fuel is indeed doing its job. 4cyl. could be bad injector, 6 cyl has spider injector assembly and fuel pressure regulator which I would check the fuel pressure regulator after the fuel pressure test.

How do I change out the fuel filter on my 2005 Trailblazer (6-cyl)?

The fuel filter for your vehicle is located inside the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump module. There isn't an external filter that you can change. I believe that the filter is sold only as part of the pump module so if it is indeed plugged you have to replace the entire pump module. I would have the fuel pressure tested to be sure you actually have a filter problem before replacing this as it is quite expensive.

I have serv eng light on with code # PO172 , PO128 , and PO442 , and I replaced fuel tank cap today , light still on ,and I need to get inspection , but I am out of work and can't afford expensive repair...

Code p0172 is MAF, vacuum leak, and fuel pressure.
You can see my TIPS on this site to help with the MAF.
Code p0128 is Low ccolant, ECT or the IAT.
code p0442 is your EVAP system.
Please let me know what you find.

6 cyl 2.9. drove to work fine. turned off. 15

all i can say is check for power and ground at the fuel pump. get someone to turn the key to the on position (not crank!) and use a test light to see if you are getting power.
