I have a 1998 Chevy Blazer and it quit in the middle of the road...it turns over when I try to start it but won't start and it backfires every so often. I have replaced the pick-up and ignition control module and coil. Help what else can it be?

Backfiring is usually a timing problem unless your converters are clooging or your having a fuel pump problem.
