The fuse block is located under the back seat. The dome light is on fuse #21 15amp, the rest of the
fuses and their functions are listed on the inside of the fuse block cover. Hope this helps.
REMOVE HEADER PANEL IT WILL EXPOSE SUN ROOF MOTOR AND RAILING SYSTEM, GO TO WRECKER YARD BUY USED ONE FOR AROUND 120 BUCKS. REPLACE IT. THERES MORE DETAILS OF COURSE BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY KNOWELEGE OR EXPERIENCE, JUST BUY THE ROOF FROM THE WRECKER AND GET A LOCAL SHOP TO REPLACE IT. MAKE SURE THE REPLACEMENT COMES FROM THE SAME YEAR MODEL LINE.
That's usually easier to do if you remove one side rail. There are usually six access holes in the rail that the screws go into. (pretty sure the screws are torx type) Once the rail is off, you can easily attach the cross bars and re-attach the rail to the roof. Ends of cross bars are held on with a screw that goes in from the bottom side. When replacing roof screws it is good to put a dab of silicone sealer on each screw hole to prevent rust or leaks.

Go to the center counsel and "gingerly" work around he counsel and pull down at the same time. The counsil is held in by six snap in tongs. It should remove pretty easily. once down, you'll see where the bulbs are. Unscrew and replace. Now, just line up the tongs and gently bump or hit the pressure points (where the tongs are) and it should snap into place. It should take no more than five minutes, tops.
