98 Dodge Stratus runs rough, stalls, is running hot. I replaced the cam and crank shaft position sensors when the codes came up, also replace the fuel pump a few months ago. Now this. It also doesn't start...

Well the timing belt and water pump either work or they don't. So I doubt either part has actually failed.
I think I would want to figure out the running hot problem first since that could cause the other two if its a leaking head gasket.

Wheres the water pump located in a dodge stratus year 1995

If it's like my wife's '97 stratus, the water pump is driven by the timing belt. That means you have to take a bunch of stuff off that side of the engine, including the engine mount to remove the timing components. How do I know this? A couple years ago, I replaced the timing belt and all associated pulleys and whatnot when the waterpump on that car failed. I did the whole job myself and did not have any leftover parts. Total cost on timing parts and water pump was about $250 at that time. I don't know what it would be now. Good luck to you.
