1996 Nissan SE truck A/C blows mildly cool, then after about 15-25 mins blows what feels to be outside air temp. Relay switch gets very hot. Identical switch put in it's place, same thing happening. Gauges show full charge. Condensation showing on lines. Fan blade on outside of compressor will sometimes stop spinning.

My 2002 TB a/c works for 20 min. Then does not. Checked , no leaks, clutch turns, condenser clicks until blowing hot air, replaced low pressure switch

Something to check because this has happened to me.....Make sure you have enough coolant in the radiator/overflow tank. IF the engine is running hot, the thermal switch on the AC compressor will turn it off to protect the compressor from overheating and damaging it. Don't go by the guage in the dash, it's usless. Hook up a scan tool and get the exact temp. Shouldn't be over 210 which is normal operating temp.

2000 NISSAN 4X4 P/U A/C SYSTEM WILL BLOW COLD WHEN OUTSIDE AIR TEMP IS COOL, WHEN HOT OUTSIDE AIR BLOWS HOT.

your auxillary fan is not working. this fan is responsible for cooling the freon that is being circulated in your cooling system... check if there are any loose wires in front of the engine bay.

the auxillary fan is located right beside your radiator fan.

1996 Honda Passport EX 3.0 Heater runs weak, the fan barely puts any air out, but I can hear it blowing. It also barely puts out warm air. With the temp. lever in cool it really blows. but as I slide it...

Is this a quantity of air problem or quality of the heat from the heater?
If its heat from the heater you need to first flysh and reverse flush your cooling system, includes radiator etc and use a good flushing agent first. Then replace heater water valve.
Refill and bleed out cooling system and get car up to temp.
When hot, feel pipes going into and out of heater matrix. On full heat they should both be roughly same temp, if not , replace matrix cos it must have collapsed.
Have yoy EML light checked at local garage using spec diagnostic tools.

COULD BE A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS. HAVE YOU TRIED TO SWAP THE A/C RELAY FOR ANOTHER? IT COULD BE A BAD ACCUMULATOR SWITCH OR A CLOGGED ORIFICE TUBE, OR A DEFECTIVE LOW PRESSURE CUT-OFF SWITCH. TOO MANY TO LIST. TRY THE RELAY AND LET ME KNOW. HOPE THIS HELPS. BEST OF LUCK. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA AND HONEST RATING IN ADVANCE.

Cooling fan dosent come on when temperture rises(1996 pontiac bonneville se) cooling fan relay where is it located..

You seem to have a bad cooling fan switch...it's connected to the side if the engine and when it gets too hot it turns on your cooling fans. The switch doesn't cost that much, $10 to $15 and takes all of about 15 minutes to replace.

it sounds like you have a blend door problem. This is located in the HVAC sysem it closes a door from cold side to hot side. sounds like a bad servo motor or a vacuum leake on that motor. Hope this helps you, please rank this solution
