Fuel pump won't come on when ignition ist...

I dropped tank on my ford econoline, hooked it back up now it won't come on. I checked wiring with switch on to see what I had for current, 1 wire has a impulse current and nothing else happens could I have blown a fuse or resistor, where would it be?

most fuel pumps fuses and relays are under hood,,you my have blown relay
