I assume you have looked everywhere for the code. Go the dealer who sold the car new an they may have the code stored in their computers. If they do not then go to the Chrysler web site and see if they have an owner's section. You may be able to get it there. You can also get the code at your Chrysler dealer by providing the radio serial #. You can also go to this site and get the code for a price.

To get the radio serial # follow these directions compliments of radiocode.co.uk
Locate and remove the screws at the top of the surrounding panel and also at the bottom, usually near the ashtray area.
Some Chrysler units only have screws at the bottom, the rest of the surrounding panel is held on by clips only.
Once removed you should be able to pull the panel away from the dashboard to reveal the radio's information.
If you need to remove the radio they are normally held in place by 4 screws.
