The owners manual states 'do not plug accessories into the cig. lighter.' They are only to be plugged into the 'power point' outlets. This is probably why the fuse blew, it can't handle accessories. You need to replace fuse #41 with a 20 amp fuse. This fuse also controls the OBDII diagnostic port, so until it's replaced, you won't be able to scan for check engine codes. ...my method usually resorts to sequentially trying a good fuse...or use the probes on a cheap VOM (volt ohm meter) (3 to 5 bucks at harbor freight) to check voltage on one side of fuse then other (versus ground)--if 12 volt on one side and zero on other the fuse is blown (in situ)--or take each out and check on the continuity (resistance ohm) setting
...First make sure they did not stuff any thing in the receptacle to cause short.
