Windows and A/C work intermentaly. Ideas?

That is a mess and points to nothing in particular, perhaps a communication issue with the BCM?

Sounds like TIMP module

Check relay.

I had that problem on my drivers side window.
the window was on the track but the cable had to be replaced. Works fine now.

Have you removed the bulbs and checked them and the sockets for corrosion? Also make sure they are locked into place properly. Another thing is to check the flasher relays under your das by the fuse box to make sure they are properly seated.

Sound like the body control module has failed. Get it tested to be sure.

check fluid level, check and clean front evap and radiator

Check for wires rubbing against brake pedal linkage under the dash.

Demand a recall or maybe there is one. I know Dodge has electrical problems with the way they made their vehicles. Many of there vehicles have trouble.
