Diesel 17 cosa 2002 model.. Removed accelerator cable unit that has 2 water pipes connected to it .replaced unit now car won't start

SOURCE: removed the 3rd diesel injector as it was showing

SOURCE: 2003 LANCER 2.OLT=REPLACED BATTERY,REPLACED

[email protected] all the fuses and relays in the 2 boxes under the hood and another one of fuses and relays panel inside the car, front of the driver seat, behind the pull out box next to the hood release handle..Under the hood check inside the one with 8" black square box;Check # 1 slot fuse, it is 60 amps for (+B ), check # 8 slot fuse for Engine control 20 amps, check # 15 slot Fuel pump 15 amps..And check another skinny black box lie next to that box, it has relay F, that is Engine control, check that also...And inside the car fuses panel; Check # 1 slot fuse 10 amps that for Ignition coil, # 8 slot Engine control 7.5 amps, # 12 slot Engine control 7.5 amps..After that recheck the battery post, that maybe needed re-tight..Don't force to tight too much, that will crack and broke the post and the plastic battery body...And check all the ignition wires and spark plugs that are tight or needed to replace..And check all the vacuum lines that are loose and leaks suctions or sometimes they are crack open by long ages..By the way check and recheck all those other fuses and relay for make sure they are good...Believe me that not hard to figure out those problems..You did everything rights so far..That one 100 amps fuse at the + battery post cable was connect to alternator for recharging your battery and give power to other items when car was running..Below that post, the middle cable was connect to the starter motor and the bottom cable was connect to that 8" black fuses and relays box under the hood...

You will need to have the fuel pressure monitored under a load with a special tool and also drive it for a while and see if the check engine light comes on, if it does have the system scanned and diagnose the codes received.

2002 gmc Sierra 6.6 turbo diesel won't start, has a black and blue wire just under the fuel filter thats been ripped off and can't find where it' should connect to.

wires broke under fuel filter is the water in fuel sensor.need to replace water in fuel sensor install new fuel filter pump the primer located on top fuel filter 30 times until stiff then try to start truck.the water fuel sensor got damaged became loose leak out fuel in fuel filter causing hard start problems, diesel engine wont start if air in fuel system or air filter stopped up.

Trouble starting. when hit the accelerator is seems to barley start and an EPC light appears. I shut car off , start it back up and light is off. No trouble codes

Hi. I have mazda drifter wl turbo 2,5 diesel. Cam belt snapped and broke 2 valves. I replaced the complete head and serviced the pump and replaced new injector nozzles. Also did big ends and small end...

incorrect ignition point for the injectors
diesels ignition point is around 22 degrees btdc for pumps or from the crank sensor if common rail ( information of year or pump or common rail not included )
if it is a pump with pipes to injectors , you have the timing incorrect

Engine diagram 1997 buick skylark/thermostat

follow the water inlet pipe to water pump the thermostat housing connects to water pump this is for 2.4l engine you have to remove exhaust manifold heat shield.you will see the water inlet pipe going to water pump inlet thermostat housing.for the 3.1 engine follow top radiator hose to thermostat housing you have to remove air filter air duct and filter housing , you have to remove throttle body unit with coolant hoses, you have to disconnect accelerator cable, transmission down shift cables at the bracket bolts to throttle body.once you remove throttle body unit then you can see and remove the thermostat housing to replace thermostat.you need to buy new throttle body gasket,and new small coolant hoses connects to the throttle body unit.have extra gallon antifreeze dexcool on hand.

Replacing starter 02 silverado 6.6

  1. Remove or disconnect the following:
    • Negative battery cables
    • Right front wheel and fender splash shield, on 6.6L engines
    • Turbocharger exhaust pipe, on 6.6L engines
    • Mounting bolts/nuts and shim, if used
    • Starter
    • Wires
    • Heat shield and bracket 0900c152801cad96.jpgExploded view of the starter motor-6.5L engine shown
To install:
  1. Install or connect the following:
    • Heat shield and bracket. Torque the bolts to 13 ft lbs. (17 Nm).
    • Wires.Torque battery wire nut to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm), and ignition nut to 18inch lbs. (2 Nm) on 6.5L engines. On 6.6L engines, tighten the solenoidnut to 30 inch lbs. (3.4 Nm) and the positive battery cable nut to 80inch lbs. (9 Nm).
    • Starter
    • Mounting bolts/nuts and shim,if used. Torque the bolts to 33 ft lbs. (45 Nm) and the nut to 75 inchlbs. (8.5 Nm) for 6.5L engines. For 6.6L engines tighten the starterbolts to 58 ft. lbs. (78 Nm).
    • Turbocharger exhaust pipe, on 6.6L engines
    • Right front fender splash shield and wheel, on 6.6L engines
    • Negative battery cables
